In the book of St. John 14:1-6: Here Jesus tells His disciples some sad news and some great news, first He tells them that He is going to die (John 13) , and then He tells them this in John 14:1-6 “Let not your heart be troubled: you believe in God, believe also in Me.2 In My Father’s house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you.3 And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto Myself; that where I am, there you may be also.4 And where I go you know, and the way you know.5 Thomas says unto Him, Lord, we know not where You go; and how can we know the way? 6 Jesus says to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man comes to the Father, but by me”.
Wow, what a great day that’s going to be when Christ Himself will come back in the clouds of Glory to take His children home. And as we take a look the book of Revelation there is no doubt Jesus is coming back soon!
Second Coming in two parts?
There has been a lot of discussion on this topic ever since the day Christ was taken up in the clouds in the book of Acts. In Acts 1:6 “When they therefore were come together, they asked of Him, saying, Lord, will you at this time restore again the kingdom to Israel? 7 And He said to them, It is not for you to know the times or the seasons, which the Father has put in His own power.8 But you shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come on you: and you shall be witnesses for Me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost parts of the earth.9 And when He had spoken these things, while they were looking at Him, He was taken up; and a cloud received Him out of their sight.10 And while they looked steadfastly toward heaven as He went up, behold, two men stood by them in white apparel;11 Which also said, You men of Galilee, why stand you gazing up into heaven? this same Jesus, which is taken up from you into heaven, shall also come in like manner as you have seen Him go into heaven”.
I know not everyone believes this, but you will believe in the Rapture and the Second coming of Christ, because when it happens the whole world is going to change according to the scriptures! Right now the world is getting ready for Christ return, you can see it on the news or read about it in the papers or see it on the Internet whatever way you get the news. Bottom line the world is in a mess!
Now I said there will be two parts to the second coming of Christ, so lets talk about that!
1st Coming in the clouds!
In the book of 1st Corinthians 15:51-58 Paul is going to reveal a mystery that has been hidden from the foundation of the world, as he tells the Church which is the body of Christ Behold, I show you a secret rapture mystery;
1st Corinthians 51 Behold I show you a mystery we shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed,
52 In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.53 For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality.54 So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory.55 O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory?56 The sting of death is sin; and the strength of sin is the law.57 But thanks be to God, which gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. 58 Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye steadfast, unmovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labor is not in vain in the Lord”.
Here you have it, again in 1st Thessalonians 4:13-17 Paul writes of the second coming of Christ according to the scriptures, in the Bible about the Bride of Christ being taken up into the clouds, the dead in Christ first and then we which are alive and remain on earth will be caught up together in the clouds of Glory to meet the Lord in the air!
1st Thessalonians 4:13 But I would not have you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning them which are asleep, that ye sorrow not, even as others which have no hope.14 For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with him.15 For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep.16 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:17 Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.18 Wherefore comfort one another with these words.
And finally in Revelation 4:1-2 John now sees this same scene that Paul sees, the Church being Raptured up into heaven, because John says after these things chapter 1-3 Of Revelation the Church age, he hears a Trumpet sound and look what’s next.
Revelation 4:1-5 1After this I looked, and, behold, a door was opened in heaven: and the first voice which I heard was as it were of a trumpet talking with me; which said, Come up hither, and I will show you the things which must be hereafter. 2 And immediately I was in the spirit: and, behold, a throne was set in heaven, and one sat on the throne. And he that sat was to look upon like a jasper and a sardine stone: and there was a rainbow round about the throne, in sight like unto an emerald.
4 And round about the throne were four and twenty seats: and upon the seats I saw four and twenty elders sitting, clothed in white raiment; and they had on their heads crowns of gold.5 And out of the throne proceeded lightnings and thundering s and voices: and there were seven lamps of fire burning before the throne, which are the seven Spirits of God.
This is the Judgment seat of Christ, where all the Christians from the first convert at Pentecost till the last soul saved right before that Trumpet sounds, this is where Christ comes in the clouds!.
The Second Coming to earth! Revelation 19
From the cross to the grave from the grave resurrected and back into heaven to judge the Bride of Christ and open the Seven Sealed Judgment that is going to come upon all the world, to finally coming back after the seven years of the: “Great Tribulation”
Revelation 19And he saith unto me, Write, Blessed are they which are called unto the marriage supper of the Lamb. And he saith unto me, These are the true sayings of God.10 And I fell at his feet to worship him. And he said unto me, See thou do it not: I am thy fellow servant, and of thy brethren that have the testimony of Jesus: worship God: for the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy.11 And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge and make war.12 His eyes were as a flame of fire, and on his head were many crowns; and he had a name written, that no man knew, but he himself.13 And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called The Word of God.14 And the armies which were in heaven followed him upon white horses, clothed in fine linen, white and clean.15 And out of his mouth goes a sharp sword, that with it he should smite the nations: and he shall rule them with a rod of iron: and he treadeth the wine press of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God.16 And he hath on his vesture and on his thigh a name written, KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS.17 And I saw an angel standing in the sun; and he cried with a loud voice, saying to all the fowls that fly in the midst of heaven, Come and gather yourselves together unto the supper of the great God;18 That ye may eat the flesh of kings, and the flesh of captains, and the flesh of mighty men, and the flesh of horses, and of them that sit on them, and the flesh of all men, both free and bond, both small and great.19 And I saw the beast, and the kings of the earth, and their armies, gathered together to make war against him that sat on the horse, and against his army.20 And the beast was taken, and with him the false prophet that wrought miracles before him, with which he deceived them that had received the mark of the beast, and them that worshiped his image. These both were cast alive into a lake of fire burning with brimstone.21 And the remnant were slain with the sword of him that sat upon the horse, which sword proceeded out of his mouth: and all the fowls were filled with their flesh.
The house of Israel will be resurrected, you read about this in the book of EZEKIEL 37
Ezekiel 37 4 Again he said unto me, Prophesy upon these bones, and say unto them, O ye dry bones, hear the word of the LORD.5 Thus saith the Lord GOD unto these bones; Behold, I will cause breath to enter into you, and ye shall live:
6 And I will lay sinews upon you, and will bring up flesh upon you, and cover you with skin, and put breath in you, and ye shall live; and ye shall know that I am the LORD.7 So I prophesied as I was commanded: and as I prophesied, there was a noise, and behold a shaking, and the bones came together, bone to his bone.8 And when I beheld, lo, the sinews and the flesh came up upon them, and the skin covered them above: but there was no breath in them.9 Then said he unto me, Prophesy unto the wind, prophesy, son of man, and say to the wind, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Come from the four winds, O breath, and breathe upon these slain, that they may live.10 So I prophesied as he commanded me, and the breath came into them, and they lived, and stood up upon their feet, an exceeding great army.11 Then he said unto me, Son of man, these bones are the whole house of Israel: behold, they say, Our bones are dried, and our hope is lost: we are cut off for our parts.
12 Therefore prophesy and say unto them, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, O my people, I will open your graves, and cause you to come up out of your graves, and bring you into the land of Israel.13 And ye shall know that I am the LORD, when I have opened your graves, O my people, and brought you up out of your graves,14 And shall put my spirit in you, and ye shall live, and I shall place you in your own land: then shall ye know that I the LORD have spoken it, and performed it, saith the LORD.
You see there is coming a day when the Son of God the Saviour of the World will rule and reign with a rod of Iron and for 1,000 years Jesus Christ will sit on the throne of David in Jerusalem and we will live in the perfect world that God intended all the back with Adam and Eve, the question you need to be asking yourself is am I ready to meet God!?
ARE YOU READY TO MEET GOD?

I just got back from Israel a few weeks ago and I am telling you they are getting ready for the King of Israel, they want to build that third Temple and it’s all coming together just like the Bible predicted, ARE YOU READY? I hope so!
